Provide all levels of maintenance,
retrofitting, and upgrade for Automated (Robotic) Wet Etch
Semiconductor Process Stations (200mm and 300mm), Training customer's
maintenance technicians to certification levels of proficiency
on maintenance and upkeep. Execute System Administrator duties for all equipment computers and software.
Perform troubleshooting, and repair of various components
and systems, including, but not limited to:
- Multiple-Axis and SCARA Robots using stepper and/ or servo-motors,
BAM and Mitsubishi controllers, software controls, optoisolators, polarized
and diffuse Infrared product sensors, fiber optic sensors and amplifiers, shared areas,
configurable I/O's.
- AC/DC electrical power systems including UPS and Mains
AC High Voltage, power supplies, inverters, and all control
circuitry including relays, drivers, timers, contactors and
line current sensing circuit breakers.
- Computers, controllers and associated devices utilizing SECS/ SECS
II, RS-232, RS-485, RS-422, Ethernet, and discrete logic / reverse
logic communications protocols and signals. Repair and test
of multiconductor network cabling is a job requirement, as
is debugging control configurations and program scripts.
- Semiconductor Wafer Cleaning equipment including Vapor
Jet Dryers, Spin-Rinse Dryers, Ultrasonic/ RF and mechanical
agitators.
- Temperature Control Devices such as recirculating
chillers; blanket, infrared, and ceramic element heaters, Peltier Effect Thermoelectric devices, remote thermal sensors such as thermistors and bi-metal thermocouples.
